These terms govern your use of the Max Media website and the booking of our media production services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Quotes

Submitting a quote request through our contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking. All projects are confirmed via a separate agreement and, where applicable, a signed contract and deposit.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of all original footage and materials provided to Max Media. The final edited work is delivered to the client according to the terms agreed for the project.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including any applicable refunds of deposits, are specified in individual project agreements at the time of booking.

Limitation of Liability

Max Media is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control that affect the delivery of services, including equipment failure, illness, or events of force majeure.
